This cookbook brings back many cherished memories of mom baking wonderful things to eat, but that is especially true of her coconut cream pie. Use an electric mixer to make the frosting smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and powdered sugar. Cook for about 2-3 more minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture has thickened slightly. Add milk and cocoa powder and whisk well. It has been well used and well loved, and it shows it. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
